If you prefer to use cassettes, simply remove the trays and the EZ9Plus will surprise you there too. With the included rack this sterilizer can accommodate two standard full-size, plus two standard half-size cassettes.

The EZ11Plus has a chamber that is 11 inches in diameter and 19.8 inches deep.  It is designed for larger practices that need to sterilize many more instruments at once. Most 11 inch autoclaves will only accommodate four trays at a time. But the EZ11Plus has five extra large trays for use with pouches and packs. It also includes a pouch rack that fits on the extra large tray included with the machine. The pouches and packs get loaded vertically on the rack, which allows for more instruments during each cycle. This design can help provide a significant improvement in workflow. And if your office uses cassettes, simply remove the trays and use the included rack. The EZ11Plus can accommodate four standard full-size, plus four standard half-size cassettes in each load.

Save Time and Prevent Errors

Your staff members will also appreciate the way that the innovative EZView multi-color display simplifies operation. It allows them to see exactly where things stand when the autoclave is in use, even from a distance. Use the three key EZPad to quickly see and select the appropriate sterilization program for each load. All of the program parameters, including sterilization time, temperature and drying time will be displayed. Then when the program is running, keep an eye on the display panel. The actual temperature and pressure in the chamber, as well as the current stage of the sterilization cycle, will all be clearly indicated. A high efficiency air pump circulates HEPA filtered air throughout the chamber for fast and efficient drying, maintaining the sterility of your wrapped instruments.

Also new to the EZPlus series of fully automatic autoclaves, is a water reservoir that can be filled from your choice of two readily accessible locations. Either pour the steam distilled water into the convenient EZFill front fill funnel that is located on the front of the autoclave, or pour steam distilled water through the opening at the top of the unit.

If your office requires documenting and storing cycle data, it can be easily transferred manually to a PC from the USB port. An optional printer is available on both models to provide a hard copy of cycle data when required. Additionally, when using Tuttnauer’s optional RPCR software users can remotely monitor the EZPlus sterilizer on their local network, via the unit’s network port. The RPCR software can generate reports with graphs and tables that can be saved as a PDF file.
