Our W&H PM Checklists

Assisting you throughout the ownership of your autoclave is our primary objective. Ensuring that you receive the necessary support at every phase of the journey. This involves aiding you in selecting the most suitable autoclave for your practice and offering maintenance services to extend its lifespan. Among the services we provide are our Preventative Maintenance checklists, which come in both digital and physical formats. These customized checklists cater to your specific autoclave model, delineating the recommended maintenance schedules and identifying parts that may require attention. Each component is furnished with a scannable QR code that directs you to pertinent information on our website.

Managing preventative maintenance tasks amidst your practice’s other demands can be a challenge. Our checklists are designed to simplify this process by offering a comprehensive roadmap on maintenance timing and highlighting components that may need servicing or replacement. This article will focus on the autoclaves and accessories featured in our W&H PM Checklist library. And you can access our PM Checklists for various autoclave brands on our website’s resource section.

If you have any questions about these checklists or anything else, give us a call at 704-966-1650.

What is a PM Checklist?

As part of our suite of services at SAS, we provide Preventative Maintenance Checklists. We recognize the challenges of staying on top of autoclave maintenance tasks, which is why we have developed innovative PM Checklists to simplify the process for you. These tailored checklists are designed to correspond with your specific autoclave model, offering detailed instructions and guidance for all preventative maintenance procedures. Below, you can see an example of a W&H Lexa PM Checklist. The checklist is structured into six columns that are arranged in the following order:

  • Frequency – The period in which the maintenance will be performed.
  • Preventative Maintenance Steps – A description provided on how to perform the necessary maintenance task.
  • Item Needed – A visual guide for the item required for the task.
  • “Completed By” checkbox – For logging the completion of a task.
  • “Date” Box – For logging the date that the step was last performed.
  • and the Order Link box – A scannable QR code that links directly to the necessary products found on our website.

These checklists can be provided with your unit, or are available on request for no extra cost. And like our other services, they’re available to anyone, customer or not. The lists themselves are laminated to be reusable with each time the maintenance is performed. So there’s no worries about keeping track of multiple copies or harsh eraser marks.
