When it’s packed and ready it’s sent out on the same day you order it, absolutely FREE. And our free shipping is a perk available to all customers, old and new! Selling or Trading In Your Unit
Do you have an old unit that you don’t need, and want to look into a refurbished upgrade, or maybe some cash? We’ve got you covered. When you’ve got a unit to sell or trade-in, you can give us your old autoclave and we’ll give you credit. And with our free shipping service, we can get it to our warehouse at no cost to you! Just let us know what make and model your unit is, and we’ll go from there.
If you have the original box from purchase, we’ll send you a PRE-PAID shipping label to take to your local post office and send it out. But if you don’t have the box, we’ve got your back. We’ll use the information on your sterilizer and build you a custom box and send it right to you. With the pre-paid shipping label and your new custom box, send it over to us and we’ll sort out the details.
Whether it’s a trade-in or a hard sell, we’ll help you get the necessary cash or credit towards your next purchase. And we’ll make sure we’re with you every step of the way.
