We’ll tell you about the problem, what displays when the error occurs, its possible causes, and the course of action to take to resolve said error.

Causes, Checks and Actions
Possible Cause 1: Defective Air Valve
- Check: Leaking or defective air valve. Perform: Air Valve Test Check for excessive steam coming thru condensing coil spout.
- Action: Clean / Replace air valve.

Possible Cause 2: Restricted Condensing Coil
- Check: Check for blockage in coil and assure weep hole is present and not obstructed.
- Action: Clear blockage / replace condensing coil.
Possible Cause 3: Pressure Tubing at Incorrect Angle
- Check: Check tubing for restrictions and ensure tubing is angled down and away from the PC Board.
- Action: Adjust pressure tubing to correct angle.

Possible Cause 4: Blockage or malfunction in VistaCool system if used.
- Check: Check for debris or blockage in the tubing / fittings to the VistaCool System.
- Action: Clean / Replace as required.
- Check: Check operation of In-Iine Thermal Sensor.
- Action: Replace Thermal Regulator Wax Motor or Thermal Sensor.
- Check: Check for weep hole in the manifold lid and threaded area on the tank of the VistaCool System.
- Action: Drill hole in VistaCool manifold and threaded area on the tank.
Possible Cause 5: The 90 degree elbow fitting(s) are not installed.
- Check: Check if the 90 degree elbow fitting(s) are installed on the tank.
- Action: Install the 90 degree elbow fitting(s).

Possible Cause 6: Tank is lower than the facility drain.
- Check: Check if tank is higher than the facility drain.
- Action: Install the tank higher than the facility drain.
Possible Cause 7: PC Board malfunctioning.
- Check 1: Perform: Heating Element Supply Voltage Test (With harness attached to leads should have line voltage in test mode)
- Check 2: Perform: Main PC Board Relay Test (Check TP1 & TP2 for an acceptable range: 10 to 14 VDC)
- Check 3: Perform: Main PC Board Pressure Transducer Voltage Test (Acceptable range: 4.0 to 6.0 VDC)
- Action: Replace Main PC board.
