Technical Education — With HUNDREDS of video tutorials helping you better understand, diagnose, and repair your autoclave, the need for local service calls can almost be eliminated. Check out our Youtube channel here.  Need help training your staff on daily use and preventative maintenance? We can do that too. In addition to our growing library of content on Youtube, our website includes free access to news, manuals, tutorials and guides, any time you need them. The resources tab on our website gives you access to official documents for your machines and products, sell sheets, medical safety data sheets, manuals, the then our content library on YouTube is available for those who want a visual approach. Preventative Maintenance — Our Free Preventative Maintenance Program for your autoclaves, which is important for their long-term maintenance. To help customers keep track of their maintenance schedule, we offer to set up a maintenance schedule for them. When it is time for maintenance, someone from SAS will call the customer and provide instructions on what is needed. The company also offers free shipping of any necessary parts and provides visual tutorials to assist with installation.
