The Sterisil AC+ PM Checklist

This is no different. In this article, we’re going to go over the preventative maintenance steps you’ll be taking each maintenance period for your Sterisil AC+. The Sterisil AC+ is the perfect way to treat your water for your practice. Whether it’s distilled or deionized, the Sterisil AC+ has you covered. 

So in this article, we’re going to go over its preventative maintenance checklist. What you need and when you need it to keep it functioning at 100%. And doing everything we can to extend the life of your filtration system for as long as possible. This Sterisil AC+ checklist comes as a part of our Free Preventative Maintenance program.

Weekly

Log and monitor water quality readings.
Notating the water quality readings for the Source, RO, D1, and D2 will expedite a solution if the need arises to contact Tech Support @ 704-966-1650 option 3 

As Needed

STAGE 4 CARTRIDGES 

Stage 4 Cartridge readings are based on the quality of water coming off them. Water quality readings can
be found on the far right monitor. When the reading on the Water Quality Monitor degrades to 10ppm on 

D1, the audible alarm will sound, and the “Autoclave Water Quality” indicator lights on the front of the system and at the white Autoclave Faucet Disc, will illuminate red. At this point, the leading (left-most) Stage 4 will need to be changed.

Yearly

Every year:

• Stages 1, 2, 3, and the UV Light’s lifespan are chronological and are replaced annually from the date of installation. Their lifespan is tracked via the Filter Monitor on the far left side of the system. 

  Check the pressure of the systems Water Storage Tank* *Also check any me a cartridge is changed!
