What does the Midmark M11 Error Code E009 Mean?

Error E009: Door doesn’t fully open at the end of a cycle. This error indicates that there is pressure buildup during the dry cycle.

Probable causes of Midmark M11 Error Code E009

• Potentiometer calibration is off (not an end user repair)
• Could be screws or spring loose or out of position in the door
• Can be broken/faulty springs or door mechanism

Solution: Check the pressure relief valve while opening the door (Please use Caution). Check the actuator arm and tighten if need be, and that the 2 screws adjacent to it are in position. The door handle must be able to open freely and the spring must be in place. If the issue still persists, contact Sterilizer Autoclave Solutions.
