The Tuttnauer EZ11 Plus holds 7.5 gal (28.5 liters) which is the Largest Capacity in the table top market
The Midmark M-11 holds 6.5 gal (24.6 liters) which is a complete gallon (3.78 liters) less.

Display:

The Tuttnauer EZ11 Plus has a 3.5″ Multi-Color Display. This makes for easy reading even from a distance.
The Midmark M-11 is only fitted with a 1 Color LCD which can be very difficult to read at some angles and distances.

Design:

The Tuttnauer EZ11 Plus has a new look that is very sleek and modern.
The Midmark M-11 still has the Old-Fashioned look of many earlier model machines.

Warranty:

The Tuttnauer EZ11 Plus crushes this one with a 2 Years Parts & Labor Warranty. As well as a 10 Year Chamber Warranty.
The Midmark M-11 still comes with a Standard 1 Year Warranty.

Standards:

The Tuttnauer EZ11 Plus is designed to meet the most current sterilization standards (ANSI/AAMI STT55)
The Midmark M-11 specifications have no mention of ANSI/AAMI ST55 standards
