Our Free Preventative Maintenance Program is important for maintaining your autoclave in the long run. And sometimes preventative maintenance can be a hard thing to keep track of when you get busy, so we came up with a solution, You call us, tell us what kind of autoclave you have, and we’ll set up a maintenance schedule FOR you.

That’s right, when your autoclave needs to be maintained, someone from our team will call YOU and tell you exactly what you need, when you need it. And we have many different ways to help you out if you need any extra assistance. Any parts you need will be shipped to you for FREE. And we can install it for you, or you can always install it yourself easily using our many different visual tutorials.

Free Tech Support Program

Our Free Tech Support Program allows you to submit a form with any questions you may have about anything related to your machine. Or you can call us at the phone number listed to request assistance. We can even send a tech to your office or lab to help diagnose your problem. Or if you don’t want to talk over the phone, part of our Free Tech Support Program is our library of video tutorials to help you maintain your autoclave at any time.

Free Virtual Technician Program

With that, we’re here to talk about one of our best programs we have to help. Our Free Virtual Technician Program is led by our very own Stanley Sterilizer. A friendly face we’ve made to introduce you to one of our best customer service program initiatives. The Virtual Technician allows you to get ahold of a tech directly through multiple means outside of the ordinary ones.

This is a 24 hour program to assist you LIVE. You can send and receive text messages back and forth between a live technician to get support that way. Or there’s the option of phone calls or live video calls. Our virtual technician program can be reached on Skype, FaceTime, Zoom and Google Duo. We’ve walked back into the warehouse to watch our techs service a customer live through video chat. With that visual aid, our techs can help you better service an issue both by seeing your unit live, and then the tech performing the fix live and diagnosing everything visually. There’s no room for error but there’s all the time for questions. The virtual technician program has helped many satisfied customers, and will continue to help many many more.
