Error Codes

Error Code 216

Description:

Chamber heater sensor error

Possible Cause 1: 

Main board failure. 

Action:

Call in to our Free Tech Support Line at 704-966-1650 Option 3.

Possible Cause 2: 

Chamber heater sensor failure. 

Action:

Call in to our Free Tech Support Line at 704-966-1650 Option 3.

Error Code 217

Description:

Chamber heater sensor error (chamber temperature > 141 °C) or disconnected (417 °C) 

Possible Cause 1: 

Chamber heater sensor disconnected. 

Action:

Check the connection to the main board and the relevant wires. If the error persists, see next possible cause. 

Possible Cause 2: 

Main board failure.

Chamber heater sensor failure.

Action:

Error Code 230

Description:

Steam generator temperature sensor error 

Possible Cause 1: 

Main board failure. 

Action:

Call in to our Free Tech Support Line at 704-966-1650 Option 3.

Possible Cause 2: 

Steam generator sensor failure. 

Action:

Call in to our Free Tech Support Line at 704-966-1650 Option 3.

Error Code 231

Description:

Steam generator temperature sensor error (steam generator temperature > 330 °C) or disconnected (417 °C) .

Possible Cause 1: 

Steam generator sensor disconnected. 

Action:

Check the connection to the power board and the relevant wires. If the error persists, see next possible cause.

Possible Cause 2: 

Main board failure. 

Steam generator sensor failure. 

Action:

Error Code 240

Description:

Steam generator heating element error or disconnected (coil L1) 

Possible Cause 1: 

Heating element thermostat activated. 

Action:

Reset the steam generator thermostat. Check the thermostat continuity (0 Ω). If open, replace the component.

Possible Cause 2: 

Heating element not properly connected. 

Action:

Check the connections and the wires between the heating element and the main board. If the error persists, see next step. 

Possible Cause 3: 

Power board failure.

Action:

Heating element failure.

Error Code 241

Description:

Steam generator heating element error (coil L1) 

Possible Cause 1: 

Heating element thermostat activated.

Action:

Reset the steam generator thermostat. Check the thermostat continuity (0 Ω). If open, replace the component.

Possible Cause 2: 

Heating element not properly connected.

Action:

Check the connections and the wires between the heating element and the main board. If the error persists, see next step.

Power board failure.

Action:
