Error Codes
Error Code 949 to 966
Description:
Software error / chunk size error
Possible Cause:
Software error / corruption.
Main board failure.
Action:
Upgrade the software to the latest version, if the problem persists replace the main board.
Error Code 967, 968
Description:
Corrupted parameters / applications
Possible Cause:
Software error / corruption.
MMI failure.
Action:
Check the MMI CAN cable connection.
Upgrade the software to the latest version, if the problem persists replace the MMI.
Error Code 969, 971 – 974
Description:
Software error.
Possible Cause:
Software error / corruption.
MMI failure.
Main board failure.
Action:
Upgrade the software to the latest version, if the problem persists replace the MMI.
If the problem persists replace the main board.
Error Code 975
Description:
Test bench connection error (serial number)
Possible Cause:
Communication error with the Sterilizer Calibration Device.
Action:
Check the serial cable connecting the two devices.
Error Code 976
Description:
Test bench connection error (reference pressure not available)
Possible Cause:
Communication error with the Sterilizer Calibration Device.
Action:
Check the model selector on the Sterilizer Communication Device.
