Error Codes
C010: POWER UP MODE SYSTEM POWER LOSS
Possible Cause: Unit had loss of power during cycle.
Solution: Press STOP button to restart.
C060: POWER UP MODE SYSTEM HARDWARE
Possible Cause: Power was interrupted briefly or an internal glitch.
Solution: Unplug unit power cord for 1 minute and then plug back in. If problem persists, contact an authorized service representative.
C102: FILL MODE STOP PRESSED
Possible Cause: STOP button was pressed during cycle.
Solution: Press STOP button to restart.
C103: STERILIZE OR VENT MODE STOP PRESSED
Possible Cause: STOP button was pressed during cycle.
Solution: Wait briefly (up to one minute) while chamber pressure / temperature dissipates. Press STOP button to return to select cycle mode where a new cycle may be initiated.
C104: STERILIZE OR VENT MODE STOP PRESSED
Possible Cause: STOP button was pressed during cycle.
Solution: Wait briefly (up to one minute) while chamber pressure / temperature dissipates. Press STOP button to return to select cycle mode where a new cycle may be initiated.
C105: STERILIZE OR VENT MODE STOP PRESSED
Possible Cause: STOP button was pressed during cycle.
Solution: Wait briefly (up to one minute) while chamber pressure / temperature dissipates. Press STOP button to return to select cycle mode where a new cycle may be initiated.
C106: DOOR MODE STOP PRESSED
Possible Cause: STOP button was pressed during cycle.
Solution: Press STOP button to restart.
C232: FILL MODE WATER LOW
Possible Cause: Water level in reservoir is too low or Fill/Vent filter (bottom of chamber) is clogged.
Solution: Refill water reservoir with distilled water, or water that meets the referenced water purity specifications. Wait briefly (up to one minute). Press STOP button to return to select cycle mode where a new cycle may be initiated. or Clean Fill/Vent filter.
C326: DOOR MODE DOOR CLOSED
Possible Cause: Door latch safety switch is still making contact after door motor operated.
Solution: Open door.
C382: FILL DOOR OPEN
Possible Cause: Sterilizer detects that the door safety switch contacts open.
Solution: Close the sterilizer door. (cycle will continue from where it left off)
C383: HEATUP MODE DOOR OPEN
Possible Cause: Sterilizer detects that the door safety switch contacts open.
Solution: Wait briefly (1 minute) while chamber pressure / temperature dissipates. Press STOP button to return to select cycle mode. Initiate a new cycle.
C384: STERILIZE MODE DOOR OPEN
Possible Cause: Sterilizer detects that the door safety switch contacts open.
Solution: Unplug unit power cord for 1 minute and then plug back in. If problem persists, contact an authorized service representative.
C533 through C633: STEAM TEMP LOW or STEAM TEMP HARDWARE or PRESSURE LOW
Possible Cause: Sterilizer detects that temperature and / or pressure is outside the limits for normal operation.
Solution: Unplug unit power cord for 1 minute and then plug back in. If problem persists, contact an authorized service representative.
C642: PRESSURE HIGH
Possible Cause: Chamber pressure is outside the limits for normal operation.
Solution: Wait briefly (up to one minute) while chamber pressure / temperature dissipates. Press STOP button to return to select cycle mode. Initiate a new cycle.
C643: PRESSURE HIGH

C980 through C987: HI-LIMIT OPEN
Possible Cause: High limit switch has opened for at least 1/4 second during specific operational mode.
Solution: Unplug unit power cord for 1 minute and then plug back in. If problem persists, contact an authorized service representative.
