Error Codes

Error Code 527, 528, 530, 531

Description:

Impossible position detected 

Possible Cause: 

Microswitch failure. Main board failure. 

Action:

Call in to our Free Tech Support Line at 704-966-1650 Option 3.

 

Error Code 529

Description:

Unexpected pressure during door opening 

Possible Cause: 

Pressure sensor failure. 

Action:

Depressurize the chamber artificially (activate the chamber safety valve manually). 

If the error persists, you’ll have to call in to our Free Tech Support Line at 704-966-1650 Option 3.

 

Error Code 532

Description:

Door locking motor: too high current at start (during door opening) 

Possible Cause: 

Motor failure.

Main board failure. 

Action:

Call in to our Free Tech Support Line at 704-966-1650 Option 3.

 

Error Code 533

Description:

Door unlocking timeout 

Possible Cause: 

Wrong microswitch connection (OPEN side). 

Microswitch failure (OPEN side). 

Main board failure. 

Action:

Call in to our Free Tech Support Line at 704-966-1650 Option 3.

 

Error Code 534

Description:

Door locking timeout

Possible Cause 1: 

Microswitch is disconnected (in the LOCKED position).

Action:

Check the connections between the microswitch (LOCKED position) and the main board and the relevant wires. If the problem persists, see next possible cause. 

Possible Cause 2: 

Microswitch failure (in the LOCKED position).

Main board failure.

Action:

Error Code 535

Description:

Door locking motor: current consumption error (during door opening) 

Possible Cause: 

Motor failure.

Main board failure.

Action:

Call in to our Free Tech Support Line at 704-966-1650 Option 3.

 

Error Code 591

Description:

Software error in door position detection 

Possible Cause: 

Software error.

Main board failure. 

Action:

Upgrade the software to the latest version, if the problem persists replace the main board.
