How to Troubleshoot Error Code 5 on the Enbio S

What is Error Code 5

Error Code 5 is displayed when the tube from your Distilled Water Line isn’t fully submerged in the Distilled Water Jug. 

The Solution: Verify that your water line tubing is straight and fully submerged into the jug and to the bottom. Should the error persist, please give us a call at our tech support line at 704-966-1650 option 3.
