Troubleshooting Error Code 12 on the Enbio S

We will help you understand why each one displays and the proper steps you should take at that time. Today we will be talking about the troubleshooting process behind Error Code 12.

What is Error Code 12

Error Code 12 is displayed for a few reasons, namely a prevacuum fail or a requirement to check the condensate outlet. 

The Solution: On the side of end-user checks, Error Code 12 can be checked by inspecting and cleaning the door gasket. To do this just lift the tray up and inspect the gasket and clean if needed. However, if the error persists, any other checks and repairs needed to further diagnose are NOT for the end-user. And the unit will need to be sent in to an Enbio authorized technician.
