Enbio Pro PM Checklist

Every step of the autoclave ownership process is important from unboxing it to maintaining your sterilizer for the first time. But we know that maintenance can be hard to keep up with sometimes. Various steps to keep track of over set periods of times, the reminders feel endless. Which is why we created our Preventative Maintenance Checklists, which show you what you need to do for your autoclave during each maintenance period. As well as what parts you need for that specific maintenance, and QR codes that can be scanned and direct you to them with ease!
In this article, we’re going to go over one preventative maintenance checklist in particular, for the Enbio Pro autoclave . This checklist contains what parts you need and when you need it, to keep it functioning at 100%. And doing everything we can to extend the life of your autoclave for as long as possible. This Enbio Pro checklist comes as a part of our Free Preventative Maintenance program.

The Enbio Pro PM Checklist
Daily Maintenance
The daily maintenance on the Enbio Pro consists of:
- Clean Door Gasket.
- Empty the waste bottle every time you refill the reservoir.
- Run Bowie Dick test daily.
- Wipe surrounding area with Optim1 disinfecting wipes.

Weekly Maintenance
For the weekly maintnance on the Enbio Pro, you will:
- Clean the internal part of the tray with a mild chlorine-free detergent. After cleaning rinse the tray thoroughly with water and dry before reinstalling.
- Clean the interior of the process chamber with a mild chlorine-free detergent. After cleaning wipe the chamber.
- Inspect the Front Seal, Hepa Filter, Drain Hose Connection, Container Plugs, and Enbio Magic Filter.
- Clean Waste Water Bottle with OptiClave Cleaner.

After 100 Performed Cycles
After 100 cycles on the Enbio Pro are performed, for maintenance, you will:
- Clean the seal. Use warm water and a microfiber cloth (microfiber with silver particles is acceptable). Do not use blunt/sharp cleaning tools or chemicals. Perform cleaning on a cooled device. Be careful not to bend the drawer.
- After cleaning, leave the device open until the seal dries.

As Needed By Time / Cycles / Damage
This list is for the maintenance required due to factors of time, cycle number or damage to the parts themselves. It consists of:
- Quarterly – Check Water Tank for Contaminaon. If found empty, clean, and refill with fresh water.
- 6 Months or Amber Colored Resin – Replace Magic Filter
- 1000 Cycles/365 Days – Hepa Filter Replacement
- 1500 Cycles/365 Days – Front Drawer w Chamber Seal
- 3000 Cycles/365 Days – Preventive Maintenance Service
- Leaking / 365 Days – Connection / Drain Hose
- Leaking – Water/Condensate Container Plugs
