Statim 2000 Cycle Fault 26 – Boiler Calibration Leave a comment

Sterilizer Autoclave Solutions, Charlotte, North Carolina, 704-966-1650, StatimUSA.com. We have a Statim 2000 which was sent in for repair from Maine, recording a Statim 2000 Cycle Fault 26. What that means is the thermo-couplers can’t agree on a temperature. So a quick fix for this is to calibrate the boiler. Right now, we’re going to show you how to calibrate a boiler on your Statim 2000. And if you just want to talk to someone, call our Free Tech Support at 704-966-1650 Option 3.

You’re going to need a flat-head screwdriver, and then you’re going to have to refer to the other videos about taking the cover off the machine safely, but what we’re going to do here is we’re going to hit the stop button. Then we’re going to go to the back and turn the power switch to the off position. Now that the power is off, grab the flathead screwdriver, and we’re going to find the W1 pin, take the screwdriver and connect both leads on the pin, and we’re going turn the power on. When we turn the power on, you can pull that off.  You come to your screen, and you’re going to see, “Calibrating”. From there, all you’re going to do is hit the boiler calibration, which is engaged using the unwrapped button (hold it down) button.

 

Cycle Fault 26 cont… Now, hit the start button while engaging the unwrapped button, and we’re going to look for a star that’s going to pop up on the screen. Next we will engage the unwrapped button, hit start, we see the star. Now, it’s going to run a calibration cycle and hopefully get your boiler and chamber thermo-coupler to agree.
