Statim G4 Error Code Cycle Fault 1

What does Statim G4 Cycle Fault 1 Mean?

The cassette temperature failed to reach 95°C within a time-out period.

 

Probable Causes of Statim G4 Cycle Fault 1

1. An Extremely Large Steam Leak (Statim 5000).
-To Repair This: Replace cassette seal, lid or tray. -This is an End-user repair

2. An Extremely Large Load (Statim 5000).
-To Repair This: Adjust load size. – This is an End-user repair

3. Boiler Does Not Heat Up
-To Repair This: Check thermal fuse, using an ohmmeter check for continuity between J1-3 & lower terminal on the boiler. If you read less than 1Ω thermal fuse is good. If thermal fuse checks good proceed to step 3, if bad replace and check the water pump using Pump Tester Bottle. – This is a Field Service Tech. repair

4. Bad Resistance Between Jumpers
-To Repair This: Check resistance reading between J1-3 & J1-4, should read approx. 11Ω. – This is a Field Service Tech. repair

5. Bad Voltage at Jumpers
-To Repair This: Check for line voltage at terminals J1-3 & J1-4 during warm-up. If the reading is good proceed to step 4, if bad, PCB (Printed Circuit Board) is defective. -This is a Shop repair

6. Bad Voltage to Boiler
To Repair This: Check for line voltage at boiler terminals. – This is a Field Service Tech. repair
