Probable Causes of Statim G4 Cycle Fault 16

1. Sticking Float Switch.
-To Repair This: Check water reservoir for water. If reservoir is empty, check to see if Float Switch is stuck in the raised position. Tap float with a long instrument, screw driver or ruler so float drops down. Refill reservoir with water. -This is an End-user repair

2. Bad Float Switch.
-To Repair This: If float continues to stick the Float Switch (part #01-110891S) in reservoir needs to be replaced. – This is a Field Service Tech repair

3. Malfunctioning Pump
-To Repair This: Check pump using the Pump Tester Bottle clean the pump filters if needed. – This is a Field Service Tech. repair

4. Boiler Power Issue
-To Repair This: Check for constant power to boiler and replace PCB if needed. – This is a Shop repair
