Probable Causes of Statim G4 Cycle Fault 95

1. Voltage Issue.
-To Repair This: Check that 5V is available on Rev. 7 PCB and that Green light is lit on the front of the PCB. -This is a Field Service Tech repair

2. Bad Fuse.
-To Repair This: Check all fuses on Rev. 7 PCB. – This is a Field Service Tech repair

3. Cable Connection Issue.
-To Repair This: Check all cables for bad connection. -This is a Field Service Tech repair
