NEW (1) – Enbio PRO Gear Wheel OEM 12450A
Primary Function:

Unlike traditional autoclaves featuring swing-out doors, the Enbio PRO utilizes an automated, gliding drawer system. The gear wheel plays a central role in this movement in the following ways:

  • Rotational to Linear Conversion: Functions as a pinion gear that locks into the internal Gear Rack (OEM 12447A). When the internal stepper motor activates, the gear wheel translates the motor’s rotational force into straight-line motion.
  • Chamber Actuation: This mechanical transition is what physically slides the heavy Enbio PRO instrument drawer smoothly open and tightly closed.
  • Locking Engagement: It precisely aligns the chamber so that secondary mechanisms, such as the locking bolts, can fully engage and seal the high-pressure system before sterilization begins.
