The Scican Hydrim Circulation Pump L110w/G4 01-111465S is responsible for forcing water and HIP cleaning detergent through the internal spray arms of the unit. It drives the high-pressure, validated wash cycles required to remove 99.9% of proteins and debris from dental and medical instruments before they undergo final autoclaving

Component Breakdown

Unlike the drain pump which expels waste fluid out of the machine at the end of a cycle, the circulation pump continuously recycles and pressurizes the fluid inside the wash chamber during the active washing periods. If this pump fails, the machine’s spray arms will not spin, leading to unwashed instruments and cycle abort errors on the G4 touchscreen interface.
